My little haul of Sinful colors

I was Amazed, how the first coat of Black on Black was DARK, RICH and i didn't even need another coat.

Apart from all of these wonderful colors, i did came in and work today... The second weekend work in a row! I normally don't mind. Last night as usual as work night i do have a bed time and that's 10:00 -10:30 p.m. However, for some reason it was unusually hot last night; my husband and i kept waking up. Around 4:00 a.m. Caleb got up and found not only that the fan in our room is not working it also does not want to be turned on. That is when we realized that the power was turned off. For how long? Who knows?

I will never, ever take for granted the electricity. Especially living down here in Phoenix, AZ.

Not much sleep, Was not able to get ready for work(i came in the office in my p.js and yes i did wash my face and comb my hair and brush my teeth.) Needless to say, i was a wee bit cranky this morning.

Not being able to get my car out of the garage because it was pitched dark and the garage felt like an oven even at 5:45 a.m. That only added to my not so good morning mood, i also so was not able to drive my self to work! Thankfully Caleb was lazy and parked on the drive way last night.

He dropped me to work and about 20 minutes after, i got an email from security saying my husband had some stuff for me. So i went and picked it up: Caramel Frap, breakfast burrito and he also got me flowers :D <-That totally made my morning!


I sat it on my messy desk! As you all can see my name is LEN! I would not create a name to call my self. However i did cover my last name. Some things can stay private :D

Better than never

While Caleb and i were in the Philippines, we missed one of our friends 21st birthday. Which was definitely sad!!! And due to several conflict her bf was not able to throw her a party. The following Saturday from when we got back; as usual we all went out and spent time with each other, despite of the gifts she had her 21st was never really celebrated properly. And i mean come on now! You have to at least have a party! Its the last before you turn the big 50 and lets face it, that's a long time. So that night while, still... Sipping martinis i decided I'm going to throw her a surprise party the next day. I definitely took advantage when she would get up and go to the rest room to talk to her man and mine..



Sometimes, in weekends Caleb and i have BBQ party, which we always invite them to. So when i invited her and her bf it was not something unusual. She totally thought we are just having a relax Sunday BBQ at my house.

Was such a really simple and cute cake.

Because the Stem was too long, i decided to put the flowers in Wine bottles.

I thought it was such a clever idea!

I also tried to put ribbons everywhere...

And Rose petals on the coffee table and bistro table.

Balloons where spread throughout the entire house!

So this is basically what the house looks like from the kitchen point of view.

After we open the door and screamed SURPRISE happy birthday to Rel, we all walked into the kitchen and on the bistro table was a card and a Pink Citrus & Mint Body Mist. As suspected Rel is very grateful for the little thing. Then when she leased expected it we(Caleb and i) went into our bed room and got a bag. Her eyes got so big when she found out that it was for her.

The night after the party she posted these in Fb... Loved the surprise party, the food, drinks and the gifts Caleb and i got her :D

Finally! After waiting for 1 year and two months, Caleb and i got married on July 12 2010. In Iglesia Ni Cristo church locale of Bago Bantay @ 4:00 pm! On the day of my wedding i remember i was sooo nervous. Not anymore about tripping or slipping or anything like that, only because i realize i have never done this before. And yes we did have a rehearsal but i totally forgot the whole thing and it was still just a rehearsal. In my hotel room; my make up artist, who was by the way fabulous(he's done many celebrity make up in the Philippines) came at 11 am. I was actually expecting him around 12:30 pm. So he started doing my make up shortly after he came.

Around 1:45 p.m. the videographer and photographer came... They fixed my wedding dress, flowers, rings, shoes,veil, tiara and even my perfumes(cuz i had two.. Pink by Vicky and Raspberry Splash from Bench)2:45 came around and i was still in the same chair! Finishing my hair... And still, it felt like time was just going so fast. As soon as i was done with hair and make up i was helped into my dress. Then the 50 million pictures began.

I remember arriving to church and every one was looking at me, i was so nervous and hot and feeling like i was going to melt. And walking down the longest isle I've ever seen was crazy and scary at the same time. My veil was super long that it felt a little heavy.

"You may now kiss your wife" he says

Caleb and i with my maid of honor and best friend... Zoshin. This was after the wedding ceremony and 20000 picture poses after as well.

Our reception was at Shangri La West... Which a lot of people were AMAZED. Simply because of the fact that the president of the Philippines actually dines here not only once a week as well as for special occasions.

OUR CAKE was super AMAZING! It was actually perfect! It had bows, flowers and all 3 of our wedding color and they put the cake topper i brought from the US.

With the beautiful hotel we stayed in, to the church that's filled with flowers every where you turned and the amazing good food at the restaurant that had an amazing waterfalls and still flowers every where; gorgeous cake as a focal point and our table, facing every one whom i love laughing and genuinely so happy for the both of us and the live music from t he band playing right beside the chocolate fountain and a photo booth on the left. Everything was perfect after all is said and done i realized that this was what i ever hoped for and more. And i really couldn't have had this WEDDING that not even words could explain, without my wonderful parents and most especially GOD.

So, there is something that i am excited about. For one year! We will follow one of my close friend's (Mikee Mike) jeans! That is suppose to look WAAAY Different, as far fashion wise; after 1 year! I'm not so much sure yet. But he is going to be a great part of my blog! Also we are going to be hearing from him on what his out look on fashion is and so much more!

So definitely make sure you watch out for the introduction!

Also i wished every one had a fabulous Memorial Day.

Mine was awesome!!! Did nothing but lay by the pool and eat. Probably bad lol, i needed MUCH relaxation though.

Suppper Busy with the Wedding!

Hi Pretties! Super busy on the wedding preps. Although i do have a wedding planner, and thank goodness for her. I think the fact that i am getting married just is not settling yet. NOT in a bad way of course! I'm just very ANXIOUS and VERY NERVOUS! On different various ways... I do have alot of WHAT IFs:

*If i step on my Gown and i fell?
*If i cry that my make up would end up making me look like a RACCOON?
*If it's so HOT in the Philippines that i start sweating so much it shows? (that's uber gross sorry 4 TMI)
*If i don't look good as i hope i would.

I have so many other What Ifs but I'm not going to bore you all with those. I know it kinda seems like those what ifs are so self centered. And maybe they are and maybe that's wrong. But i cant help my self.. Besides getting married to the most AMAZING guy in the world<-(Of course to me he is. And I'm not saying that because i dont think your man is awesome as well but you know what i mean.) I'm also looking forward to spending time with my families as well as a 3 week Vacation. Which is kinda a tricky feeling. Because if i am out of work for more than 2 days i feel such a looser. I don't know why, i just do! I definitely will miss my friends and colleagues. So for the pass Months that i have been MIA i am very sorry. I miss posting and updating and just yapping all together lol. I do have a couple of things that i want to include in this post. So here they are: Ok, first of all... Im SOOO EXCITED!!!!!!! ECLIPSE.... YAY!!!

Second, on Friday Caleb and i went with our friends to dinner. Its one of those COUPLES dinner thing. And i did her make up.

last but not least, on Sunday... We went out to dinner; enjoyed my day off lol. and did some lite shopping.
